WGME - New affordable housing development coming to Brunswick

Greenmars Real Estate announced they will be developing a new residential community of 21 three-bedroom homes and an 18-unit multi-family residence.

Brunswick is one of two communities in Maine that requires affordable housing in all new developments.

The new community, called "Wilbur's Woods," will be located close to downtown, and nearly 100 percent of the new development will be rented at affordable to moderate income rates. Read the rest here!
